Room for rent in a three room apartment in Mollan. 5 minutes walk to Triangeln train station and mall. 10 minute bike ride to Malmo central station and Malmo university. Suitable for students or pendlers to Copenhagen, Lund, Helsingborg and other locations. Looking for a responsible, clean, calm, and communicative person to share my home for 3 - 6 months. NB: We start with 3 months to see if everything works out before contract extension. The room is partially furnished with a bed (140200) and a workstation if needed. There is a French balcony facing the inner garden. Preferred move in date - 2025-12-01 / 2026-01-01. Common spaces - Kitchen, bathroom and living room (my workstation).
