Bright, spacious, and beautiful room to rent (girls only) in big collective Rent is 6065/month and the lease is for at least 6 months. You will be living with 2 other girls, Elza and Megan (who are the absolute best). Elza is 28 from Latvia (but speaks great Swedish), she is friendly and loves animals - she does pet sitting as an extra job, so now and then a cat or a dog can be visiting or staying in the apartment. She likes dancing, going to the gym, listening to music and watching tv series. As a person is quite calm but with a curious mind. Megan is from Ireland and 31 years old. She is super active and open, always on the go. She spends a lot of time with friends and loves plants. And she is learning Swedish right now The room you will be living in is 20sqm and has its own big balcony facing Kungsgatan with all the trees. The furniture is for sale so preferably you would take everything over (the pictures dont show the current furniture, but happy to send updated pictures via chat). 6th of June as move in date but with some flexibility in days :) The apartment itself is 92sqm with a huge living room and all amenities including a washing machine and dryer. Its an old apartment but was renovated in 2020 so everything is relatively new but with beautiful old fixtures, high ceilings, and big windows. We are quite clean and are looking for someone who is also somewhat orderly/ likes to keep the environment around themselves tidy.
