Hej, I am a Macedonian-Swedish classical musician. I rent out my apartment from January 6 until May 1, due to my traveling and working on my next music album. The apartment is cozy, well taken care of, clean, newly renovated bathroom, and, it is only 1 min walking from two big stores: ICA Malmborgs Erikslust and Lidl. It is only 7-8 min walking from the T bryggan at Ribersborg. The apartment Is 34 kvadrat and it feels comfortable and spacious. The newly renovated bathroom is very well designed and it has a spacious shower. I have a very good sound system attached to my TV. I have a nice HP printer. I have a digital piano which you are welcome to use carefully. We have access to a little gym, ping-pong room and sauna. Our neighborhood is very convenient: Bus 3 and 4 stop 30 seconds walking from my apartment. It takes only few minutes to get you to Limhamn and only 14 min to Malmö central station. Bus number 1 is in 3 min walking distance from the apartment and it takes you to Malmö Operan within 5 min. I am looking for a tidy person of any gender who likes to keep things clean and neat. We will do everything the correct way, with a contract and approval from my BRF. The price of 9 160 kr was established by Blocket and I dont change anything more than that.
