Hi everyone I am looking for a new flatmate for the room Im renting out from 1st of February, until further notice. I live by Klaragatan in Norra Sofielund in Malmö, close to Möllan. The apartment is only shared with me, the owner: Benoit (46 yo) from France, currently studying landscape architecture. Besides that, Im into hiking and bouldering, doing photography and yoga, going to sauna and cumbia concerts, and dancing salsa. The 53 sqm apartment is in a charming building from the 1920s, the furnished room is 9 sqm and the rent is 4200 sek/month with a 1-month deposit. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are common spaces, with an established cleaning routine. Im mostly cooking vegetarian food, in case youre vegan. It is not a party-hard collective, and is smoke-free. Ideally, Im looking for a flatmate whos respectful, easygoing and social. I like to hang out together with my flatmates, share meals, listen to music, watch movies etc. Im also open to setup collective meetings to evaluate our collective life and make sure it suits everyones needs.
