We are renting out our beautiful two-room apartment in central Malmö. Everything is close by (including busses and Triangeln train station) and yet it is very calm and noise free. The apartment is facing the lovely yard with sun from early morning until midday. It is fully furnished, with a good kitchen and comfortable rooms. Everything is here, you hardly have to buy food. Laundry is in the basement and is easily accessible by basement. Since we will be using the storage for our stuff the only available space is in the apartment. We will be spending winter (October to end of march) in Italy and is looking for someone to take care of our place while we are away. No smoking indoors and no animals. Hopefully someone who likes plants, since we have many.
