English version: Me and my family is going to spend the upcoming year in Austria and have our flat (bostadsrättslägenhet) on top floor (with elevator) to offer. It is located in central Malmö/Gamla Väster, and it takes only 10min to walk to the trainstation Centralen. The rental includes 2 rooms, a large kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with tub on 65sqm. Theres a little extra room behind the kitchen with 10sqm which is at the moment used as storage. An optional usage af this 3rd room is to be discussed. Duration from beginning of April 2026, e.g. monday 6th, ev and for one year- exact duration to be discussed, preferrably June 2027 (with a possibility of extension, depending on the development of our activities abroad). The flat is fully furnished, including table ware and kitchen equipment. In the living room there is a Sony 49 HD-TV plus 5.1 Denon Surround Sound System with music streaming into all rooms. The laundry room is located in the basement. Monthly rent is 13.600kr/month including warm water, heating and broadband for 65sqm. In case of renting the 3rd room the rent will be adjusted.
