Hi Im renting out a room in my apartment from the end of September (or 1 october). You will share the apartment with Giulia, a 39-year-old musician. The 21 sqm room in a charming 1950s apartment on the 6th floor comes with its own balcony offering a sea view The area is quiet and pleasant, with easy access to Ribersborg beach, Slottsparken, and the city center. The room is furnished with a comfortable 140 cm bed, table and chair. A private wardrobe is available in the hallway. The kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are shared. Rent, 6100 kr, includes electricity, internet, and all other costs. The landlord (me, Erik) is studying in Gothenburg and needs to use the apartments third room (about one weekend per month).
