Hi Im renting out a room in my apartment from the 15th of September. You will share the flat with Giulia, a 39-year-old musician. The room is 21 sqm in a charming 1950s apartment on the 6th floor (ceiling height 2.60 m) and it comes with its own balcony offering a sea view The area is quiet and pleasant, with easy access to Ribersborg beach, Slottsparken, and the city center. The room is furnished with a comfortable 140 cm bed, table and chair. A private wardrobe is available in the hallway. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Rent includes electricity, internet, and all other costs. The landlord is studying in Gothenburg and needs to use the apartments third room (about one weekend per month).
