Enjoy your stay in my ecologically renovated 60m2 apartment with clay paint, wooden floors and a huge balcony facing South towards the inner garden. There are two rooms: one sleeping room 12m2 and a bigger living room 19m2 large with access to the balcony. You get a large, well equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Shared washing machines and tumblers are available in the basement and can be booked in advance. Public parking on the street for free around the corner. You can picnic in the green garden, and go jogging in the nearby parks. Just 20 min. to old town/sea by bus/bicycle Only 40 min to CPH airport I rent out at least while working abroad during summer 3 month, very likely even longer. The apartment can be basically furnitushed, or emptied for long-term stay needs. Pictures show fully furnished apartment with my private stuff which I wiil pack away when renting out. MVH Susanne
