Hej Hej, great to meet you We are looking for a new member for our collective at Drottningtorget, Malmö from April 1st THE ROOM Room is 20 sqm, large beautiful bright windows, wooden flooring, furniture available. Rent 6260kr per month (electricity, heating and wifi included in rent). 12500kr deposit. The room is currently furnished and can be purchased for a low price (plants, lamps and furniture). Beautiful and spacious apartment 178sqm with tall ceilings. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living room, well equipped kitchen (with crockery and cutlery etc), has dishwasher, as well as good storage/pantry and access to large bright balcony area. Laundry room with washer and dryer (yes - inside the apartment). Storage unit in the attic and small storage room in apartment. Sheltered bicycle area in back yard. The apartment is located in view of the canal, just opposite Malmö central station, convenient for travel or commuting. THE COLLECTIVE There are four people a dog currently living in the apartment. We are an international community of creative people between ages of 29-37. We enjoy socialising and coming together on occasion to cook, have a coffee or a few drinks in the evening and little trips away together. We normally share the same schedule and are busy during the morning and afternoon, so often appreciate a calm atmosphere during the evening and night. Ben, 37, from Ireland is a chef and artist, enjoys skateboarding, climbing and baking sourdough bread. Nanna, 34, from Denmark is a cabinet maker, enjoys cooking and baking, cleaning, decorating the house with flowers and gardening in the balcony. Grynet 37, from Sweden is a human rights lawyer and spiritual well-being event organiser, enjoys dancing kizomba, gardening in her allotment, figure skating and the dog owner to Elma. Elma 4, is a Samoyed, enjoys being around the pack, sharing her toys and playing chase. (Most allergic people have no reaction towards her). (Sadly leaving for job opportunities) Jass, 29, from Switzerland, works in arts and culture management. Recently studied a Masters in Sustainability at Lund University. Enjoys going to cultural events, running, hiking and vegan cooking YOU Please tell us a little about yourself: what interests you about living in a collective and what type of collective living arrangement would fit you best: and short description of a favourite food memory (maybe we can try to recreate it in together at home in the future). We are looking at applications on an ongoing basis and plan to host viewings by end of February. We intend to look at all the applications and if you have not heard a reply by the 5 of March, either send us a polite nudge or expect that we have moved on with other applicants.
