Hi, Im renting out my lovely 2-room apartment in the Greenhouse due to work elsewhere. Rent period is from 1st of February to 1st of August, however the dates can be flexible. It is 68 square meters with a 20 square meters balcony that offers a view of almost the whole city and an amazing sunset. Spacious storage room inside the apartment, theres also another storage room in the basement if needed. 24/7 shared laundry room on the first floor that can be booked through the app easily. The building is close to everything, with multiple supermarkets and kiosks within 3 mins walk, ICA Maxi 10 mins away. A gym right downstairs in the building, and great connections of bus 1, 11, 15, 2, 8, that take you to Triangeln in 10 mins. Indoor bike storage down in the basement, with cargo bikes that can be rented. Looking for a clean and caring person/ couple with stable income and no payment remarks, best if you could take care of my plants while Im away. Also tenant needs to be approved by the housing company before moving in (MKB).
