I have 2 rooms apartment I wish to rent out from 1/12 till -. 2nd hand Contract . No Funiture , you will be approve by MKB who is the Landlord. I lived in this apartment. since 2018 July and I am travelling abroad for 6 Months I wish to lease it out for 1 year but the leasing Policy only allows 6 Months at a time and if you maintain the agreement , I can extend it to one year , during 3 months to the expiration of the agreement. Please write to me not calling on phone pls You will make a deposit while proceeding the agreement signing . This is mandatory for me to know you can pay your rent as the payment always withdraws from my bank autogiro .
