I have one small bright room of 9m (2,60 X 3,40 m) with furniture in a 4-rooms appartment with access to Bath/WC and Kitchen available for rent for 1 FEMALE student only. Price (not negotiable) 3000,- SEK a month cash in advance and atleast 3 month lease (no deposit). Biking distance to the University about 3 Km. Very quiet neighbourhood, near to Bus-Stop No. 4 (100m) and train station (700m), the bus ride into Lunds center takes only 15 minutes, departure every 5th minute from 05:45 hour in the morning until late at night. The Bus goes among others to the University of Lund and pass by Lund C as well. Access to cable-internet (speed 10/250 MB/s) can be arranged for a small add on the rent.
