After 4 years of living with my landlady in Norra Fäladen in Lund, I am moving in with my partner in Malmö, and am trying to find a replacement for myself. You would be renting a furnished room in a house with own bathroom and living room - youd basically have your own floor just for yourself. There is even an extra bedroom which is reserved for my landladys guests but is almost always empty. The house has a big garden and you will have the possibility of growing your own veggies and herbs. My landlady is 95 years old and still very active. She lives downstairs and youd share the kitchen. Room: has a comfy 140cm bed with a new mattress. Pillow and duvet included. Long writing table. Comfy 3-seat sofa. The room has two large windows and faces North, so there is always plenty of daylight. Living room: table and two sofas, some storage space Bathroom: own toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen: fully equipped with plates, pots and pans, cutlery, and with a dishwasher. This room is perfect for a kind person who would appreciate some quiet space, perhaps a PhD student like myself. Long-term tenants are very welcome. The house is never loud and the area is perfect for long walks, yet only 13 minutes bike ride to Lundagård. It is also very close to Delphi and LTH. Bus number 4 stops 1 minute away from the house. You would have to fix your own internet, which is super easy - I had mobile internet and switched it to Hotspot for 249kr a month from Tele2, which can be cancelled at any time. I have lived in many students houses and this was my absolute favourite place to live
