I am a postdoctoral researcher at Lund University, and I am rather appealed to academics - but also dancing, painting and singing. Since I am teaching and conducting research in other cities, I am often absent from Lund. I am looking for someone who would like to share my apartment with me. The apartment is situated a ten-year bike ride from the city centre, not far from Jupitergatan (where you can take bus number 171 to be in Malmö in 15 minutes). Furthermore, the apartment is situated in a small house with a garden, together with two other apartments. Together we share the responsibility of cleaning the staircase and cutting the grass in the garden. We also share a washing machine and a sauna in the basement. You should be at least 23 years old and appreciate to live in a silent area where you can withdraw. There are not many people around, and I will be absent very much. On the other hand, I am happy to socialize when at home, and its never far to friends and parties in Lund The rent per month is 3600 SEK, including electricity, water and furniture (no wifi connection). The apartment is available until the end of June 2019.
