Hej We are renting out our cozy roof top apartment in the centre of Lund. The apartment has a big living room/kitchen area, a bathroom (with bathtub and own washing machine) and one bedroom. It is suitable for 1 or 2 persons (couple). It is fully furnished including kitchenware. The rent is 9.400:- per month. The rent includes warm water, heating, and high speed internet. Power bills will be invoiced retroactively and depend on usage. The apartment is available 1 Sept 2018 - 28 Feb 2019 (we are looking for someone to rent it that whole period).
