We will rent out our nice, bright apartment from the first week of April, till November of 2017. It is located on the 4th floor with a spacious elevator. It is just 2-minute walk to the bus stop. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove with oven, dining table with four chairs, fridge, and freezer. The bathroom has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are a sofa, coffee table and smart TV in the living room. The first bedroom includes an 180 cm double bed, a drawer with a large mirror and two closets. The second bedroom includes two closets, a desk, and an office chair. There are also two closets in the hallway. The rent includes normal consumption of electricity, broadband WIFI (100/10 Mbit/s) and cable-TV (basic package), hot water and heating. Deposit: 15000 SEK, it will be returned after the inspection of the apartment. We are looking for tenants who are smoke and pet-free and have a stable income. A reference letter from the previous landlord is required. The tenants will be approved by the association.It might take one or two weeks.
