There is one big single room available for hire. Furnitures, electricity, heat, water and wifi are included in the rent. Im looking for a resident for my apartment in Lund. The apartment is shared together with me. I like a home that feels welcoming and want it to be a place to calm down. I only renting out to woman You are a non-smoking person, who likes to have a clean and tidy home and want to live in a flat where mutual respect is the key. You are positive, humble and understand the responsibility of sharing a home with another person. I dont allow any pets, smoking or alcohol.
