Vi bor på bra, lugnt och tryggt läge med goda förbindelser till resten av Lund och Skåne (mindre än tio minuters cykelväg till centralstationen och buss till Malmö går 2 minuter bort). Huset ligger granne med natursköna Sankt Lars-parken och Höje å. Lugnt och barnvänligt område med närhet till mängder av skolor och förskolor. There are two bathrooms, one of which is recently renovated (in 2018) and the kitchen has been fully redone in 2018.
