Hi I will be renting a three room apatement in northern Lund strarting from mars, and I would like therefore to rent out a couple of rooms to two students who are polite, tidy, clean and preferabbly vegeterians (I have no problem if you are not vegeterian, as long as the kitchen does not look like a butcher house). This is the first time I rent out a room to someone, so I dont have specific requirements for you as a tenant, however no smoking, pet-free vegetarians are prioritized.
