Period: 18 June - 24 September (exact moving in- and out dates negotiable) Rent: 2700 SEK per month (incl. heat, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and furniture) Furniture: The room is furnished with a 2 m wide bed, writing desk, bookshelf and wardrobes. Bicycle is also included if you want. More about the apartment: Large kitchen, large living-room with home theatre, bathroom with bathtub, large balcony. The bedroom faces North, so its nice and cool during heat waves. Location: Southern Lund. 20 min walk from the central station/city centre, 10 min walk from lovely nature area. Buses to Malmö just outside. Additional residents: 2 people and 3 cats. We like doing things together (e.g. cooking, movie nights), but of course respect one anothers personal space.
