We are two students who will lease our apartment for the summer, from the 5th of June to the 25th of August. There are three bedrooms, one large living room with a big TV and a kitchen with all the necessary items (including dishwasher). Its aprox. 110 m2, with plenty of wardrobes and storage. Washing machine and dryer are available in a central washing room next to the building. The apartment is fully furnished and electricity, broadband with wi-fi and a large TV-channel package (tv3, kanal5, viasat etc.) is included in the rent. It is located in the city heart of Lund, next to Coop supermarket. The rent will be 9500 SEK/month for the whole period, and will be paid in advance each month (current rent is 11500 SEK). We are primary looking for couples and families 30, but we will look at every application to seek the best suited.
