Hi I have a room for rent in my apartment in Lund. We will be sharing kitchen and bathroom, as I will be living in the apartment (in the livingroom) as well. Your room is a big room, which can be rented either furnished (bed, desk) or unfurnished (you can decide). The rent is 4500kr/month and includes everything (water, heat, internet). The room will be avaliable in May/June. I dont have a picture, because I have not moved into the apartment myself yet. I like animals a lot so I dont mind if you have a pet. Im a rather social person and would like to live with someone who is excited to cook together and hang out every now and then. However, I often have a lot to do so there are periods when Im not home much. I quite like having dinners and guests, and parties every now and then, and need to live with someone who does not mind having people over I also dont mind if you have guests, come home late and so on. It is important to me that we keep shared areas rather clean, but I dont care how you keep your room. Im a 28 years old female student.
