Im looking for someone to share my apartment with. It is a nice apartment located in the center of Lund, very close to Lund Central station and Stadsparken. Available from June/July (negotiable). You would have a room (the one in the photos) which has a walk in closet as well as a private toilet for yourself. The kitchen, the other bathroom and living room are shared with me. The apartment has a nice floor heating system and also a washing machine and a drying machine. The full apartment is 14.400 SEK/month, so we would split that in half (7.200 SEK/month each). It includes WIFI, water and electricity. Im looking for someone tidy and who is easy to get along with. Id be fine with etiher a short or long term contract.
