Rental duration is 16th December 2018 until April 26th 2019 Rent is 6800 SEK including Wifi, electricity and water Fully furnished -Kitchen with Fridge, electric stove and grill -Bathroom is fully furnished with bathroom cupboards as well -Couch and bed is included -Walk in Wardrobe -Laundry is included I am looking for a single person, quite, homely and non-smoking. No parties are allowed. The apartment is in fantastic condition and I expect the tenant to keep it in the same condition once the end of the rental period.
