We are renting out furnished rooms in a beautiful house in central Lund, 10 min walking from the central train station. Close to the university, buses and trains, it is also quiet and with a big garden in the back. ----------- THIRD FLOOR: Shares shower & kitchen with 4-5 other people. Currently, there are four rooms available on the third floor, 16-30 sqm in size. See attached pictures. Rent: 4500 SEK ---- FIRST FLOOR: Shares shower and kitchen with 4-5 other people Salon: A large room, about 50 sqm, plus smaller veranda room with exit to the big garden in the back. A lot of windows, bright and airy. Can be rented short-term or long-term after agreement. ---- CELLAR: Shares shower with 4 other people. In the cellar its possible to do some easier cooking, like boiling foods, using microwave, fridge. Big room: about 50 sqm, small entry room, big main room, and small room usually used for the bed.
