I am renting out two of the rooms in a shared three-room apartment over the summer from beginning of June. The rooms are approximately 16 and 14 sqrm in size, respectively. The rooms will be rented out fully furnished including a bed, a desktop, a wardrobe and an armchair. Over the summer I will charge 2500 SEK per room per month. If youd like to keep renting the room throughout the autumn semester from September on, the price will be either 4200 or 4300 SEK per month, depending on the room in question. Monthly rental includes electricity, internet and water bills. The address is Dag Hammarskjölds väg, conveniently located a 15-20 minute walk away from the railway station and city center, and a bus stop 2 minutes away from the apartment. The LTH campus and the School of Economics and Management can be found right on the other side of the road, along with a grocery store and a gym. Attached you will find a drawing of the apartment plan, as well as photos of the rooms, toilet and kitchen. The kitchen and toilet will be shared among the tenants and the lodger.
