Hello Students of Lund I am moving out of my flat at the end of March and I hope to find someone to take the room from March 28th to June 31st 2019 so 3 months Its located-on Dag Hammarskjölds Väg about 2-minute walk from Lund School of Economics. There is an ICA supermarket 2 minutes walk away. And its 2 minutes walk from the bus stop with buses every 15 minutes to the city centre. Cycling to the city centre takes about 12 minutes and there is a basement to store your bike from the bad weather. Its a 2 bedroom flat with shared bathroom, kitchen area and dining area. Everything works well with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is spacious with a wardrobe and a bedside table. The 120 cm bed is very comfortable. The landlord who lives in the other room is 24 years old from Finland and speaks Swedish, Finnish and English. Specifically looking for a PhD or Masters Student to move in or perhaps a responsible bachelors student The rent is 5200 SEK per month and that includes Internet, Electricity, Heating and Water bills.
