Hi I am looking for one international student that can rent one room in my 2,5 room apartment in central Lund. We will be flat-mates since I will live in the second room, so it is important that we can co-operate and show each other mutual respect. I prefer to rent out the room to a female international student. There is a separate kitchen, and a bathroom and hallway that we will share together. You will rent the room for a month at first, and if I think it works well, we can extend the contract. The most important aspect for me is to find a person that I can trust and that likes to keep the apartment clean, follows my house-rules and has nothing against pets. I have two hamsters that live both in the kitchen and in my room, so it is important that you respect my pets by not making much noise when they are in the room. In general, it is not appreciated to be noisy in this area, as there are many families with small children in the building. According to the rules in the building, you cant be noisy after 10 pm. I am working Monday-Friday and need to be sharp in the morning so I dont appreciate if you bring guests in the evenings on weekdays. The apartment is newly renovated (kitchen, bathroom and floors) has full kitchen supplies, a dishwashing machine, a balcony, and I am renting it out furnished. Of course there is WIFI. There are two laundry rooms in the basement and storages in-doors for bicycles. If you like, you can use one of my bicycles. The apartment is located in central Lund, behind Lund central station, by the police station. Its really close to buses and train connections and all the departments of the university and student nations in the heart of Lund. Every month, you will transfer the fee for the rent to my bank account on the 25th. Everything is included in the rent: electricity, water, heating, and the internet fee so you dont need to pay anything extra. I will ask for a deposit fee of 2000 SEK, when you sign a contract with me. You will get this fee back in case nothing has been broken or damaged at the time when you move out. If you think that this sounds interesting and want to find out more, let me know as soon as possible because its free from 1st of October. I am planning to rent it out for 1 month to begin with, and if everything works well between us, you can stay for 6 months or longer. I can also be flexible if youd like to stay for a shorter period.
