Closest daily store is 1 km, and we have a shopping mall within 2 km. You will have your own room (15m2). Its a separate nice furnished room, which is bright and fresh with two big windows. You and the other tenant will have full access to a nice styled outdoor patio (70 m2). The rent includes everything such as electricity, heating, fast fiber wi-fi internet connection, TV, sheets, towels and duvets etc. Of course you will have access to all equipments in the house such as freezer, kitchen, iron and refrigerator. Garden, pool etc can be used after agreement. You share kitchen with us. We have professional housecleaning every second Tuesday, and that will also include your room. We have two bathrooms, and one is only used by you and the other rented room. The distance from our house to LUSEM and LTH is 3 km. It will take about 10 minutes with bike, and the road is very good and safe. Its a bicycle path all the way. As an alternative we have a bus station just 200 meters from our house. The bus leaves every 7 minute, and will take you anywhere in the city. The distance to Lund City is 3 km. Its an old, nice and calm city.
