On Trastvägen, its me and Niki living here (and Lucia, who will be moving out soon). The apartment is a spacious and well-planned three-bedroom apartment, bright and recently renovated. We have a dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer in the apartment, and there is also a laundry room in the basement. It takes about 1015 minutes to bike to campus and 2025 minutes by public transport. The rent for the room is 5000 SEK and includes internet, heating, water, and electricity. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, shelves, and wardrobe. A one-month deposit is required after signing the rental agreement. The notice period is three months (mutual). I am mainly looking for a woman between 2035 years old.
