You will be renting a private room while sharing the apartments common areas with me and two others. These shared spaces include access to a fully tiled bathroom and WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a laundry room downstairs. The rent includes furniture, electricity, heating, water, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood offers excellent amenities, including a library, pools, a football and ice hockey arena, plenty of green spaces, and grocery stores. Its a vibrant area with a great mix of students, families, and elderly residents - I really enjoy the diversity of people here. There are also excellent transport links, with an 8-minute direct bus to the University, express buses to Malmö, and just a 10-minute walk to the city park. Im renting exclusively to women You should be a non-smoker, enjoy keeping a clean and tidy home, and appreciate the importance of mutual respect in a shared living space. Im looking for someone positive, humble, and who understands the responsibilities that come with co-living. Pets, smoking, and alcohol are not allowed in the apartment.
