Hello We are looking for a caring, responsable person to sublet our charming furnished appartment in Lund for a full year, maybe more Location The appartment is located in Norra Fäladen, 2.5km away from the University and 4km from Lund Central station making it a perfect choice for students and professionals. Even though we are close to grocery stores, a pharmacy, restaurants and even the center it is a place for nature lovers with woods nearby as well as a trail through a field that loops around a small lake. Description The place is a cozy furnished 39m apartment with distinct areas and perks like a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a queensize bed, a desk with a great set up to work online and a bathroom with a washer and a dryer machines so no need to book or haul your clothes to a basement wetroom The view is amazing with celling to floor windows and the most beautiful sunsets all year around. You will surely spend a lot of time on the huge furnished balcony of about 20m. There is also a samller balcony in the front where you get take your coffee in the morning sun. Our neighbors are friendly and calm and the building has a unique architecture, an elevator and a covered parking. Conditions The renting period is from May 2026 to May 2027 (with possible extention). Notice period of 3 months for both parties. The rent is 9150sek per month which includes electricity, heating, internet, basic TV and a parking. We will consider tenants with a green thumb since our beloved plants come with the apartment and we want them to thrive while we are away.
