Bright, cosy and lovely 3-room newly furnished/built apartment (2021) on the second floor for rent for one year at least since we are now living in Hamburg for a couple of years. The apartment is available from the Nov. 4th 2024. Heating, water, electricity and wifi is included (You need to get your own home insurance.). Also included an almost new dining table set, complete set of tableware (plates, wine glasses, cutleries), smart TV, couch and a standard height double bed with comfy matress (in pics you only see the matress). Located just beside tram station Solbjer meaning you get to central in 10 min (to Ideon, LTH in even less time). This newly built area includes pizzaria, bakery, gym, hemkop, parks, green area within a few minutes walk. Carparking available at LKP Aurora nearby. The view from the french windows is magic--abundant light during the day and Hayao Miyazaki style scene during the night when the tram passes. This gem apartment is ideal for professionals/couples. Rent is 13.3k per month with one months rent as deposit. Get in touch in the chat channel stating your situation and make appointment for viewing. We love our apartment and hope you will like it. Please be patient for our response for the next two weeks (until Oct. 13th) when we will be on trips with not so ideal internet condition.
