Im renting out a room in my student apartment and looking for a friendly and responsible person to share it with. The apartment is 94.3 m and has two bathrooms, so well each have our own. The room is about 14 m and unfurnished, while the kitchen and living room are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Theres also a laundry room thats easy to book whenever needed. The location is really convenient, close to LTH, with good bus connections to Lund C (about 8 minutes). Willys, Lidl and ICA are all within walking distance. Im looking for someone whos an active student or PhD at Lund University, in line with AF Bostäders housing rules.
