I have a 3-room apartment at Linero and am renting out a 9 m bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a desk with drawers. A bed may be included (to be confirmed). Rent includes all utilities : water, electricity, and internet. The remaining rooms are fully furnished and shared: living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a storage unit in the basement and access to two fully equipped laundry rooms. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/living room with a large enclosed balcony facing south, which gets good sun throughout the morning. The building is well located, ICA, gym, library, health care unit, pharmacy, and a large park with several running trails are all nearby. Skrylle nature reserve is also reachable by a 20-minute bus ride, great for running and barbecuing. A note about me and the apartment: I live with a medium-sized, friendly dog.
