Welcome to our small collective on Clemenstorget Whats the place like The apartment has a shared living space with a couch, dining table, and TV, as well as a small but fully equipped kitchen that is closely integrated. We have one fully equipped bathroom the second toilet and laundry room are across the hall, shared with the neighboring flats. Rent is 4446kr, plus wifi, water, and electrical bills. Usually less than 5000kr/month. Who are you A 24 year-old adult who respects common living spaces, and can communicate clearly and takes initiative and responsibility. Preferably a vegetarian (were quite plant-based) :) No pets. Who are we - Hanne: 24, Norwegian, student of architecture. Coziest person in the room. - Anouk: 27, Dutch, landscape architecture student, often found in the canals of Malmö. Stronger than you. - Sam: 28, Swedish, forever student (currently of engineering). Hustling in Copenhagen on the side. Vibes This is a loose collective. Our only scheduled activity is cleaning, but we like the odd dinner, reading sesh, movie night, or trip to the sauna or run, etc. Depending on the energy you bring to the flat, we may adapt and create new routines for the sake of the group dynamic. We would like a person who makes an effort to be present and friendly, though of course we all respect each others alone time too.
