The monthly rent is 6000 Sek one month fee as deposit and the rent includes home insurance, TV license and broadband. The tenant should have a good reference and be a responsible person. The apartment has good communications to both the downtown and the University (just 7-8 min. by bus) and the bus stop is just 1 min. from the apartments front door.
