I have a 3 rooms apartment in Luleå that I want to exchange it with a 2-4 rooms apartment in Göteborg. Size of the apartment is 79 meters square. Included in the rent: - Water/Heating - Warm private garage - Warm storage room - Internet The apartment is at walking distance to Porsön centrum and Luleå University. There are good bus connections for Luleå centrum with 10 - 15 minutes time till centrum. Dryer is available in the apartment and place to install washing machine, however tvättstugga is just opposite to the apartment. Apartment has private entrance at the ground floor. I am planning to move to Göteborg to join my new job from September/October, depending on the accommodation. I will work at Ericsson at Lindholmspiren 11, therefore any apartment at reasonable distance from this place would be suitable for me.
