We will move abroad and rent out our modern 142 sq.m. house in central Linköping. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden and a garage and is located in a nice, family-friendly neighbourhood, just a short bike ride away from the city center, SAAB and a 5-minute walk to the international school Atlas. The house has two floors. The first floor offers an entrance with plenty of room for storage, a spacious, modern kitchen, a bright living room with a fireplace and an exit to the garden with terrace and evening sun. The whole first floor has underfloor heating, and there is a separate room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as a bathroom. The second floor has four spacious bedrooms with a total of 8 wardrobes, as well as a storage room and a bathroom. There is a parking space on the street right in front of the house and a garage. The garage can be reached from the garden. The house is located on a quiet street with nearby playgrounds, walking and cycling tracks. Within a 5-10 minutes walk, there is a popular pizza restaurant, bus stops and a large supermarket with long opening hours. There are indoor and outdoor gyms and a running track nearby, as well as the endless hiking areas in the Tinnerö oak woodlands. The rent includes high-speed internet (100Mbit), washing machine and dryer, central vacuum cleaner, garage, parking space, and local services such as waste collection etc. Utilities (heating, electricity, water) and furniture are not included.
