Want to rent a room in Linköping area Me and my husband have a new villa in Rystad, Torstorp in Linköping. The villa is 198 m2, and we share it with our norwegian forest cats. We are non smokers, so no smoking in the house... We have a 10 m2 guest room for 4000 SEK/month, including electricity, heating floor, shared laundry room, shared kitchen, internet (WLAN/fiber connection). Rent is only for months used, so if the room is available for our guests - not rent to pay (min. one week) The bathroom is almost your own, since the room and bathroom is located in part of house where we are not that much and we have a bathroom of our own next to our bedroom. We prefer short time contracts ( a few months). But let us know your needs. Student Working in Linköping weekdays only For students: We work nearby university, and count on that you need help with travelling over there and some extra for participate in activities of course.
