Looking for flatmate in shared apartment

Hello I am looking for a new flatmate from the 15th of March. Preferably for long term since I do not want someone moving out as soon he/she gets here, but we can discuss the conditions later. The apartment is 76m2 and you will be staying in a 12m2 room. We will be sharing common areas like living room, kitchen and so on. (you can get an individual-size bed if wanted). The price is 3500 kr/month. Electricity and internet are included in the price. The apartment is located in a top floor in Skäggetorp. It is very well communicated by bus service and relatively close to shopping area in Tornby. I need one month deposition in advance and you will get it back when you move out. One month period of notice too for moving out. No smokers please. A bit from me, I am from Mexico, work in Tannefors area, speak fluent Swedish, English, Spanish and now learning Portuguese.
