Tjena My name is Iskra and Im a 2nd year student at LiU. Im looking for a new roommate to fill up an empty bedroom (from the 15th of May 2026) for a 3-room, 43 square metre student apartment at Studievagen 1D on the 3rd floor, specifically someone who is a longer term student. The apartment is located at Colonia, which is right on Campus Valla (around a 3min walk from C-huset) with lots of green spaces and a 15min bike ride from Campus US. The building has a nice, large downstairs common area, which can be used for studying or also just hanging out, an inside space to store your bike and an elevator. In the apartment, you would have your own private bedroom, that includes a decent size built-in wardrobe. There is a living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom (with a washing/drying machine) that you would share with me. Your half of the rent would be 5030 kr half of the utilities - During the summer months of June and July, only utilities are paid and not rent.
