Im renting out a room in my 3-room apartment from now and for atleast 6 months (possible to prolong if we both wish). The apartment is very nice and located close to both train and bus, with only 20 minutes to the Central Station. The room has a bed, a table, a bookshelf and a big wardrobe (walk-in closet) with lot of space. As a tenant you have also access to a modern kitchen equipped with new stove and oven, dishwasher, spacious fridge and freezer, a large living room, fresh tiled bathroom with shower and many bathroom cabinets. There is a bicycle storage on the ground floor of the building. The rent includes wi-fi, TV, DVD, electricity, water and heat, and garbage collection. Large well-equipped laundry room in a separate building. Close to the nature, sea and pedestrian walkways. Big Willys store and Ica Kvantum 15 min walk from the apartment.
