Mysig enplansvilla med fantastisk sjöutsikt precis intill skog och promenadområden i området Gorås i populära Lerum. Vi hyr ut huset pga utlandsvistelse och letar nu en skötsam hyresgäst som vill bo här medans vi är iväg. Detta är det perfekta läget för den som älskar natur och stillhet men ändå vill ha närheten till en tätort. Huset är fullt möblerat och har tre sovrum, två vardagsrum och två toaletter/badrum (med badkar) vilket gör att det passar bra för både en barnfamilj eller ett par. Huset har en stor terrass med matplats, grill och sitthörna som är fantastisk att använda under sommarhalvåret. Bor du här behöver du bil eftersom det INTE finns någon kollektivtrafik. Det tar ca 10 minuter att köra in till centrala Lerum, 15 minuter på cykel och ca 40 minuter att promenera. Från Lerum går det både pendeltåg och buss in till Göteborg varje timme. Obs både tomt och hus har vissa nivåskillnader så det är ej anpassat för rullstol. Huset är husdjurs fritt och vi tar ej emot större husdjur (hund, katt etc). Parkering för flera bilar, cyklar etc finns på tomten. Internet, sophämtning, vatten & avlopp, vägföreningsavgift ingår i månadshyran. Elektricitet betalas separat per månad efter vad som används. We are renting out the house due to an extended stay abroad and are now looking for a responsible tenant who would like to live here while we are away. This is the perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility, while still being close to a town. The house is fully furnished and offers three bedrooms, two living rooms, and two toilets/bathrooms (one with a bathtub), making it well suited for both a family with children or a couple. There is a large terrace with a dining area, barbecue, and seating ideal for use during the summer months. A car is required, as there is no public transportation in the immediate area. It takes approximately 10 minutes to drive to central Lerum, 15 minutes by bicycle, and around 40 minutes on foot. From Lerum, there are both commuter trains and buses to Gothenburg every hour. Please note that both the house and the plot have level differences and are therefore not wheelchair accessible. The house is pet-free, and we do not accept larger pets (dogs, cats, etc.). Parking for several cars, bicycles, etc. is available on the property. Internet, waste collection, water and sewage, and the road association fee are included in the monthly rent. Electricity is charged separately based on actual consumption.
