I am looking to rent the house to a responsible and tidy person or family who will take good care of it. The property has three floors plus a basement, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a sauna, a backyard, and three bathrooms with showers. One of the rooms is currently rented to a student from Lund University until June 2026, with a two-month notice period. After she moves out, the whole house will become all yours. The house was fully repainted this summer, and new flooring has been installed in most areas (only one bedroom and the living room still need to be completed). The remaining flooring can be installed at the beginning of 2026.
