(Information in English at the bottom of the page) Unikt läge i Kungsbacka (20 min till Gbg) Vi skall flytta utomlands p.g.a. arbete och behöver därför hyra ut vårt underbara hus tillsvidare. (kontraktstid kan diskuteras). Huset ligger unikt i Västra villastan, med närhet till allt (innerstaden, Kungsmässan, dagis, skolor, gym etc.) men ändå helt avskilt och naturskönt. Runt 20 minuter med pendeltåget eller bil till centrala Göteborg. Standarden är god och huset består av stor hall, kök, duschtoalett och vardagsrum i entréplan. Övre plan har tre rejäla sovrum, walk-in closet och toalett. Nedre plan har tvättstuga, sovrum, vardagsrum, badrum och garage/förråd. Altan och stor tomt med fina grönytor Parkering finns för flera bilar. Huset hyrs ut omöblerat, men vi kan ev. lämna möbler om behov finns. Tyvärr är inte rökning eller husdjur tillåtna. Upper floor has three spacious bedrooms, walk-in closet and toilet. The lower level has laundry room, bedroom, living room, bathroom and garage / storage room. Terrace and large garden with nice greenery Parking is available for several cars. The house is rented unfurnished, but we can possibly. Leave furniture if needed.
