The house is near to Kungsbacka (5 km) with schools (also a new international school) etc. It is near to public transport (5 min from the house and 8 min with bus to the train station in Kungsbacka). From Kungsbacka to Mölndal is 15 min and to Göteborg Centalstation is 25 min by train. The house is built 2006 and is furnished. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, laundry room, bathroom with shower, kitchen, large living room and one workroom. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, one walk-in wardrobe, one social room/open space and bathroom with bathtub. We wish to rent the house to a family (max 4 pers) for 1-2 years or ev. longer.
