I am a student at Linnéuniversitetet going for 6 months study exchange. I am looking to rent my apartment for this time, perfect for example for a new incoming student. The contract is binding for 6 months. The room is 11m2 and the toilet is shared with one other student, kitchen with the people living in the student corridor. Washing machines are free to use, the room contains a bed, desk, shelf and mounted cabinet and there are dishes and pots in the kitchen that are available for use.
