im renting out a place in my 27sqm apartment in barkarby, and youll be sharing the space with me. this apartment is good for someone who wants to live near city and wants a fully furnished modern apartment where fast wifi, warm water and electricity is included in the rent its situated super close to the pendeltåg/bus station 18 minutes to city centre. it comes with some goodies as well like: a super soft luxury sofa, a big 4k tv, a powerful gaming pc and a robot vacuum so we dont have to worry about cleaning everyday . a fully equipped modern kitchen with an oven/induction stove, plus a spacious bathroom are also available. rent (with everything included): 4900kr/month im looking for someone whos funny, respectful and collectively helps keep the atmosphere cozy. basically if youre cool, then were good. wed have to meet before to see if the vibes are there, and then you can move in asap if youre interested, send me a dm with a little bit about yourself and well surely work something out. thanks
